Welcome to the water meter application process.
Once the application is submitted, an application number will be issued to the applicant. This information will be available in the applicant’s MyTownship profile.
Please note the following application conditions:
- Users can apply using a MyTownship profile. Click here to sign up if you do not have an account already.
- All *mandatory fields must be completed.
- Once a water meter is installed, your property will be on metered utility billing. There is no option to return to flat rate utility billing. Please only proceed if you agree to metered utility billing.
Before proceeding, ensure you have the following required information (if applicable):
- If you are not the property owner, and you are submitting an application on behalf of the owner:
- If your property is part of a Strata:
- a letter on the Strata Corporation’s letterhead stating that the Strata Corporation wishes to proceed with metered utility billing must be included in the application.
Note: As per Langley Waterworks Regulation Bylaw No. 6074, Strata properties are serviced by a single water service that will be metered and there is no ability to meter individual Strata units. Metered utility statements will be sent to the Strata Corporation for payment.
