Welcome to the tree permit associated with a building permit application process.
If you have applied for a building permit and your Tree Declaration states you are removing trees, you must submit a tree permit application. Refer to tol.ca/treeprotection for tree permit application requirements.
Once you have entered the required information, an application number will be issued to the applicant where it can be viewed with all folders held by the account holder in their MyTownship profile.

- All *mandatory fields must be completed.
- Ensure you have all documentation prepared as the online application process will timeout if inactive for 15 minutes.

By continuing with the application, you acknowledge, agree to, accept, and otherwise consent to the following conditions:
- The information entered is correct and you agree to upload all documentation required for the permit application including, without limitation, the Tree Removal/Cutting application form and a detailed site plan. Missing documentation may result in, among other things, the processing of this application being delayed or the application being rejected and a new permit application required to be submitted. Submitting a false application may constitute fraud and/or be a criminal offence.
- The site plan must includes the boundaries of the subject parcel, abutting streets, lanes, or public assess rights-of-ways, location of existing and proposed buildings and structures, species and diameter breast height of proposed trees to be removed, location of any watercourses on the property or slopes greater than 30% and location of adjacent trees (if applicable).
