Once the application is completed, an application number will be issued to the applicant where it can be viewed with all
folders held by the account holder in their MyTownship profile.
Please note the following application conditions:
- Users can apply using a MyTownship profile here.
- All *mandatory fields must be completed.
- Ensure you have all documentation prepared as the online application process will timeout if inactive for 15 minutes.

- The information entered is correct and you agree to upload all documentation required for the liquor licence occupant load review including, without limitation, the application form and a floor plan that indicates the establishment name and address, shows all rooms including washrooms, exits and outdoor patio(s), the number of seats, maximum number of staff and the lounge area (for applicable restaurants). Missing documentation may result in your application being cancelled/rejected and a new application required to be submitted. Submitting a false application may constitute fraud and/or be a criminal offence.
