Welcome to the DAMAGED CART application process.
Once the application is completed, an application number will be issued which can be viewed with all folders held by the account holder in their MyTownship profile.
Please note the following conditions:
- This application is only to be used to report damaged garbage carts or Green Carts. If you wish to add, remove or exchange carts, please go back and choose the appropriate application type.
- If the wheel, handle, lift bar or lid on the cart is broken, our service provider may be able to repair it. If these items are not repairable, or if the body is cracked, the cart will be replaced.
- The applicant will be contacted with next steps after staff have reviewed the request.
- Property owners may apply using a MyTownship profile. Both owners and renters may also proceed without a MyTownship account when reporting a damaged cart.
- All *mandatory fields must be completed.
