Welcome to the construction sound exemption application process. Consideration for construction sound exemptions are generally reviewed for a continuous pour. Refer to the Community Standards Bylaw 2019 No.5448 for construction sound hours.
Once the application is completed, an application number will be issued to the applicant where it can be viewed with all
folders held by the account holder in their MyTownship profile.

- All *mandatory fields must be completed.
- Ensure you have all documentation prepared as the online application process will timeout if inactive for 15 minutes.

By continuing with the application, you acknowledge, agree to, accept, and otherwise consent to the following conditions:
- The information entered is correct and you agree to upload all documentation required for the permit application. This includes the Construction Sound Application Form, the Construction Sound Notification Letter and the Township of Langley building permit number associated with with the exemption request. Missing documentation may result in your application being cancelled/rejected and a new permit application required to be submitted. Submitting a false application may constitute fraud and/or be a criminal offence.
- Applications must be submitted a minimum of seven business days prior to the requested exemption date.
- A $50 non-refundable fee is required to complete the application process.
- Any construction sound exemption permit that is approved, is only valid for the date and requested exemption time.
- Any personal information collected in this application will be subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
