Welcome to the ALR second dwelling under 90m² permit application process. Any accessory building(s) must be applied for separately, and will not be included in this digital plan submission.
Once the application is completed, an application number will be issued to the applicant where it can be viewed with all
folders held by the account holder in their MyTownship profile.
Please note the following application conditions:
- Users can apply using a MyTownship profile here.
- All *mandatory fields must be completed.
- Ensure you have all documentation prepared as the online application process will timeout if inactive for 15 minutes.

By continuing with the application, you acknowledge, agree to, accept, and otherwise consent to the following conditions:
- The information entered is correct and you agree to upload all documentation required for the permit application including, without limitation, the site plan, construction drawings and the checklist that outlines the items necessary for permit submission. Plans must be uploaded separately to the plan review portal at the end of this process. Missing documentation may result in, among other things, the processing of this application being delayed or the application being rejected and a new permit application required to be submitted. Submitting a false application may constitute fraud and/or be a criminal offence.
- For properties serviced by a well, a well water potability certificate and test results (no older than six months) must be submitted as part of the application.
- For properties serviced by a septic system, a Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner is required to provide a copy of the Fraser Health Record of filing form to construct a septic system, or complete a Building Permit Referral Form to indicate a filing is currently in progress. If the the Building Permit Referral Form is submitted, the Fraser Health Record of filing is required prior to issuance of the permit. This must be submitted as part of your application. Failure to include this required information may result in, among other things, the processing of this application being delayed or the application being rejected and a new permit application required to be submitted..
