Business Licence Application
Please note the following application conditions:
- A MyTownship Account is required to apply for a business licence online. Click here if you need to create an account.
- Ensure your business is a permitted use on the Lands as per the Township of Langley Zoning Bylaw No. 2500.
- All Businesses in the Township of Langley must comply with the Township of Langley Licencing Bylaw No. 5878.
- The Township of Langley does NOT issue business licences for short-term rental accommodations, including but not limited to Airbnb, Vrbo, and similar platforms.
- Will there be any alterations or tenant improvements to the space? If so, a separate building permit application will be required.
- Will you be installing a sign? If so, a separate sign permit application will be required.
- A Fire Department and/or Building Department inspection may be required to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Additional information may be requested during the processing of your business licence application.
A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 will be required at the end of this application.
Upon acceptance of your application, the $50.00 fee will be credited toward the business's first-year licence fee.
The remaining licence fees will be applied accordingly, and you will be contacted for payment.
